Most extractions — routine or surgical — are completed at Diamond Dentistry in Wellington, FL without sending you elsewhere. Dr. Jill Rowland's first preference is always to save the tooth; when an extraction is genuinely the right call, sedation can be added for patient comfort, and the visit is paced to keep the experience predictable rather than rushed.

Dr. Rowland reviews imaging with you ahead of time, walks through replacement options when the missing tooth would be obvious or load-bearing, and confirms the plan before any work starts. Local anesthesia numbs the site fully; sedation gets added when you ask for it. Most people are back to normal in a handful of days following the aftercare she reviews before you head home.
